The most laziest drivers ever. Several times instead walking all the way to my front door like a normal delivery person.. they will leave my packages out in the open in front of my garage. Seriously?? I should just write “ steal me” on the box. Your drivers get paid big bucks but can’t deliver a package in a proper way.
I don't know who the gentleman is that delivers our packages, but he's a class act. Earlier in the day the post office left a package out in the sun (with a chance of afternoon rain). When out UPS driver arrived he took the time to finish the job of the post of lady and move the package to the porch under cover. I don't know who you are, but thanks and keep up the good work!! The ladies that work this facility are friendly and helpful. After that, this place is not about customer service. There are no weekend hours and during the weekdays it is only open from 3-6pm. How about opening on Saturday, briefly and maybe have some morning hours too?
I used to give our UPS Service 5 stars...but then we had a nor'easter that piled sand and debris on our road and no one was able to safely get down the road for about a month. It has been over a year now and after repeated challenges with the driver leaving packages down at the mail boxes at the END of the road with a lot of beach traffic... and conversations with UPS, they finally sent a very nice supervisor out to p/up a return package to Amazon and to access our road and where his trucks could safely turn around. He said He saw no problem even with his heavy full trucks making it down our road unless we had a lot of rain, snow, or ice(which is understandable.) Alas, I shopped cyber monday and the first of the packages arrived yesterday....at my mail box 1/4 of a mile down the road from my house!!!Today I was back on the phone with UPS customer service???? We will see
2 Day shipping takes 5 days.... No weekend hours. I have to wait 2 and half more days for my package which is 10 minutes from my house. USPS is faster than this
