I lived here for two years! It took months to get things fixed there after I kept putting in request for maintenance request. Excuse after excuse was all I received from the leasing office. I literally had to make contact with corporate to get things done. I notified the management office (when they opened on time) that I wasn't renewing my lease well before it ended and never got my security deposit back. Not to mention those residents that had dogs, kept allowing them to go to the bathroom all over the place without picking it up.

Friendship Village has nice apartments, but the management is absolutely horrible! I have lived here a year and cannot stand it any longer. My neighbor has not had AC for a week and it is the hottest month of the year, the landlord has not NOTHING to fix it! All they care about is making money and once they get you to live here they could care less about you or your needs. It took me three weeks of living here before they could get me a lint catcher for my dryer! The rent is way too high and the city of Harrington charges you a crazy set fee for water use. Find another place to live. This is not worth it!!

of the lease we did move out before months end. About 3 months later we got a letter from the management saying we had to pay $2500.00 for moving out before our lease was up. We could not understand why they were doing this, because we did not get security deposit back from them. I had talked with others who had moved out and found this happen to most every one that has left at the end of their lease. See u in court!

Never have been so disrespected by someone considered management. She speaks down to people and is just a nasty woman. Dog poop everywhere grass all dead from dog pee people park right in the parking lot and smoke weed all the time people from Clark's corner are always over there walking around a lady got robbed in the parking lot. They hired the cheapest roofers who threw nails all in the parking lot where I got a flat tire from it simply pulling into my spot they open at 9 and show up ten to fifteen minutes late all the time it took them seven months to patch part of our roof when had a serious leak dripping in our room that caused mold never really patched our daughters room where in leaked and stained the entire room. When our washing machine went up it was 5 weeks before they replaced it. Such a bad place to live would not recommend it to my worst enemy
