Amber was in tears as she said goodbye to our little Lulu after she picked us at the second adoption event that 2nd Chance Fur-Babies Animal Rescue was holding in Delaware that weekend.
We went there without an appointment and were made very welcome. We adopted an adorable puppy they called Patches. We renamed him Gatsby, and soon learned he is a Parson's Russell Terrier! He is very energetic and loveable. He loves everybody, kids, adults, other dogs, and our cat. At the rescue, he got a bath and she made sure we had all his records. You could easily tell she loves all the animals and really takes wonderful care of them. Thank you, thank you!
This is a wonderful rescue that goes the extra mile saving animals and finding them good homes! They are extremely dedicated.
Give them all the support you can because they are putting the animals first!
They haven't been at it long, but are flexible where it matters while careful to place their Fur-Babies with the right people. The adoption process was painless, but thorough.
