I shopped online. I searched for the stuff I needed and it popped up. The prices were very reasonable. The only draw back I had was the shipping price. My order totaled $12 and the weight was next to nothing and the shipping was $7.99. So of course I went to the clearance section to see if there was anything that I could use. At least this way, I made it worth the $7.99 Shipping cost. My total was now up to $21 but I feel like I got a good because I bought a bunch of stuff. The site was user friendly and easy to go through.
FINALLY placed my first order last night after browsing the many great items for sale. Retail Therapy at it's ultimate best from the comfort of your sofa! Can't wait for our order to arrive as a few of my "friends" are going to be very happy! 1st of many orders to come and loved the email with details of my transaction.
I love Chick's Saddlery because they have excellent customer service, great prices, and great products. Their customer service is always positive and helpful when it comes to helping me decide on something or if I simply need advice on what I need. The prices aren't over the top yet they're not low balling it, their prices are reasonable and affordable compared to other retailers. Lastly, Chick's Saddlery advertises all of their products as they are and are very honest about the quality you are purchasing. Overall I find myself with a very great experience time and time again. Thanks for keeping my horse Reno and I looking good and feeling good :)
This is my second purchase of that fly sheet within two weeks. I liked it so much that I bought the second one as a replacement for next year while it was still on sale. I like that it completely covers everything, including the belly of my horse. Less fly spay, less chemicals on my buddy. My horse has a dark color, so the light color of this sheet reflects the sun and makes it less hot for him. The sun protection (SPF) is a big plus as well.
Great prices and selection. Only disappointment was I ordered a saddle for my daughter and after i ordered it, received an email saying it would be on back order and won't ship for 60-90 days, Chick's did offer to chose another saddle but I want the one I ordered. Not their fault so will just wait. I placed another order for a halter & lead rope 2 days ago and have yet to receive notification that they are on their way ... hopefully they are.... all in all i like Chicks Saddlery just wish shipping & confirmation emails were more timely.
