When you call there's no information on the poker room or the tournaments it's not even listed as an option. For Avid poker players if you're in the mood for a small game this is the place. However if they wanted to grow their Poker Room at all they would have more tournaments and actual schedule and have it as an actual option on the website or when you call. There are not nearly enough bonuses High hand bad beat Etc that you find in other casinos. If you want a small game it's good other than that... whoever's in charge of marketing and PR should be fired.
Very pleasant place to gamble. Security is very good. Last visit when we cashed out our ticket, we got distracted and forgot to grab the money from machine. Went directly to security who handled the situation and paid our money back. We have talked to head bosses about some issues that arose and they listened and promptly took care of them. They really cared about our input and didn't just brush us off. I wish the craps table stayed open 24 hrs, a day. They close them anywhere from 1:30 am to I think 9 am. This also is a non smoking facility, which I love. They do have designated smoking spots outside. There comps program is very good when you use your players card. Every visit we have enough for buffet, snacks at both gift shop and grab and go, and sandwich 's at Bolo's. The slot machines are good and I have seen several hand pay outs while visiting. Will continue to visit this casino
My favorite casino! It's clean, fun, free parking, smoke free environment where you can come in, relax and play. Plenty of penny games, better playback then other casinos. The staff is quick and friendly and the food is great.
Let me be honest...for the most part it is usually an enjoyable experience, but here lately the slots are taking way more than they are giving. I have seen a few people hit pretty big I've just not been lucky enough to leave with anything substantial myself. As for the employees may I recommend a customer service class... Or maybe a class on smiling. I'm not saying all need it, but there are quite a few who would benefit. Good thing I come for the slots and not for the "excellent customer service representatives". So I am back again and slots are paying out some but the big thing is I found 750.00 on a slot machine and being who I am I turned it in to an employee. That money would have helped me so much. I didn't do it for any reason other than it was the right thing to do but a reward or something would have been nice.
It's a wonderful place to go. For fun, food, drinks and dance.
