Horrible! Had 9am appointment and was the very 1st one there even before walk ins. The walk ins went back before us. We finally left at 10am after not even being waited on....horrible horrible service, I will never go back there.
I would never go back to this place again! There so called pro tax and the lady who did my taxes mess up and now I have to pay 1100 to the IRS cause she punch in wrong numbers . And the best they can do is give me a refund on what I payed to get my taxes done. Because I never got the piece of mind , which I was not offered it. I don't understand why you would need that piece of mind? That's why I'm having you do my taxes so there done correctly!!!! They don't stand by there work. I was better off doing my taxes by myself.
Cynthia was great!!!she took care of what was needed and the follow up was great too!!! She even met me on her day off to finalize all my paperwork. I have used H&R Block online for years to do my taxes and my experience in the office was just as great!
